    Hi Team,

    This is Shweta from India, i wanted to log a complain against a fraud happens with me & one of my friend Rupali on the same time, by your team working in Delhi (Nehru place) office.

    I receive a call from one of your employee name as Harshit from Delhi, he asked me for my preference & I specifically told him that i am looking for job in Singapore & he said yes we do have opening in Singapore, so to start the visa process I need to pay 5000 bucks however, i send him all the required document along with 5000 bucks & when i check the application receipt then i came to know that he started the process for Canada bust not for Singapore.
    So i called him back & asked him the same, he replied me that he thought Canada is good for me so he applied for Canada without asking me, there fore i told him to refund my money since i am not interested for Canada. I said i want to talk to your senior so he transferred the call to Urvashi & i explained the issue to Urvashi & she give us word that she has initiated the refund request & i will get my money back in 45 days & after 45 days when i again called her she started making excuses & arguments and after that she stop piking up my calls.

    Its actually not about the money but its about breaking trust & being such a reputed company you people are cheating with your clients.

    I hope somebody will take any action against my complain without ignoring this.
